This is a work in progress for sure!!! What works one week is totally ineffective another time. It makes being consistent difficult. I am so open for ideas here....especially with my preschooler who sometimes seems like a teenager!

I totally agree with giving them choices. When my preschooler-acting-as-junior-higher was in full swing I had 3 different point system/incentive things. At the beginning of each week she got to pick which one we used. She was stoked on it and the variety helped me be consistent each week.
